I received this link in the e-mail and I find it very disturbing. It's a feature about "pagpag" which is more popularly known as left-over food combined, reprocessed and re-served for the public to consume.

This is a 100% sickness risk. No amount of reasoning, convincing or justification will change that. I'm posting this for public awareness. Be careful with food from unknown sources. No one can afford to get sick these days.
